1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

  • Your request is made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • You have not accessed or consumed significant portions of the premium content (e.g., unlocked and completed most of the exam).
  • The purchase was made through a supported platform (currently Lemon Squeezy or Paddle).
  • The request is made in good faith and is not considered abusive.

We reserve the right to assess the eligibility for a refund based on usage data and activity logs.


2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@fenden.com with the following details:

  • Full name and email used for the purchase
  • Order ID or confirmation number
  • Reason for the refund request

Refunds will be reviewed within 3 business days, and if approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.


3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • The request is made after 7 days of purchase
  • The user has unlocked or completed premium exam content beyond the introductory test sets
  • Multiple refund requests from the same user indicating potential abuse
  • Payment disputes or chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team

Fenden reserves the right to deny refund requests that are deemed fraudulent, manipulative, or outside the scope of this policy.


4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing dashboard. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund for the current billing period, unless it falls under the eligibility criteria above.

  • After cancellation, access to premium content remains available until the end of the paid term.
  • You will not be charged again unless you reactivate your subscription.

5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you experience:

  • Double charges
  • Payment errors
  • No access granted after payment

All products sold on Fenden are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase via your account. You will receive access through your user dashboard.
